Our Team

Stephen J. Repka II
Stephen J. Repka II is co-founder and principal of eBenefits Group Northeast.  He is also the co-founder and principal of Advanced Benefit Strategies, Inc. (ABS) and Advanced Benefit Strategies Section 125. Stephen’s fifteen plus years in the insurance and employee benefits industry began with The Travelers where he was promoted from Marketing Associate to Sales Production Supervisor. As a result of his achievement at The Travelers, Stephen was recruited by a Hartford area insurance agency where he consistently ranked as a top sales producer. He was quickly promoted from sales to Supervisor of the Employee Benefits Department and ultimately achieved the position of Vice President.

Held in high esteem for both his community and professional involvement in the insurance and employee benefits industry, Stephen is an active member of the Greater Hartford Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Anthem Life/Specialty broker advisory board.  Additionally, he served as the prior Treasurer of the Connecticut Chapter of Health Underwriters Association and prior Co-Chair of the Benefit Brokers Association Connecticut Chapter.

Stephen's community involvement includes prior service on the Board of Directors for Open Hearth, a non-profit organization helping homeless men to lead productive lives. He was the prior Chair of the Endowment Committee for Open Hearth. Stephen is also a prior Board Member of Talcott Mountain Academy.   He is also a prior Board member and former player for Hartford Whalers Alumni.

A graduate of Philips Exeter Academy and Colby College where he received his B.A. in Business, Steve also holds NASD Series 6, 7 and 63 designations.
